-1 Whole Wheat Pita
-your favorite pizza sauce
You can put whatever you want on yours. Here's what's on ours:
- pre-cooked diced chicken breast
- sliced onions
- green peppers, chopped
- zucchini, very thinly sliced
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- a sprinkle of Mrs. Dash Italian seasoning
- another sprinkle of red pepper flakes
- chopped mushrooms
- a few chunks of pepperoni
After adding all this I threw a little more cheese over the top!
I cooked mine at 425* for 6 minutes, and then turned the broiler on for 1 minute at the end.
